just being able to see and share the beauty of the colours of nature and beautifull women with beautifull teeth is enough for me lewis g r

Works for MRIs, too...

This technique really helps me when I am going into "the tube" - I just focus on the prettiest place I have ever been (I like to think about a garden that I was in one time in Paris). I concentrate on reliving the whole experience, including the sounds, the temperature, the smells and the cherry soda that I was drinking. I also think about what book I was reading (or imagine myself reading a different book). Believe it or not, this really helps pass the time and before I know it, they are pulling me out of the machine.
