Reader Stories: How I Taught Myself to Self-Inject

Although more options are becoming available, most people begin their multiple sclerosis (MS) treatment with one of the CRAB (Copaxone, Rebif, Avonex, Betaseron) drugs, which are all injected at home. For many people, the idea of self-injecting is scary and can be an obstacle to starting one of these medications and remaining adherent to treatment. It can help to remember that many, many people with MS take these medications and that every one of them had to learn how to inject themselves. See how others taught themselves to do this and learn some tips to make it easier to self-inject.
